These Terms govern your use of Dr Mindfit (drmindfit.in), operated by Dr. B.S. Kumawat. By registering an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Dr Mindfit is
Dr Mindfit offers structured, self-paced educational courses on mental health topics including anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, and stress. Courses are designed and presented by Dr. B.S. Kumawat, MD (Psychiatry, NIMHANS).
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
3. Enrollment and access
Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is manually verified by our team. Course access is granted once your enrollment status changes to "Enrolled," visible on your dashboard. Course content is for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or recorded for redistribution.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't share your account or course access with others
- Don't attempt to download, screen-record, or redistribute course videos
- Don't use the platform for any unlawful purpose
5. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dr Mindfit after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Privacy Policy
We understand that privacy matters especially on a platform dealing with mental health topics. This policy explains what we collect and how it's used.
1. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number
- Enrollment details: which courses you've enrolled in, and your progress within them
- Payment-related information you submit for manual verification (e.g. a payment screenshot) — we do not store full bank or card details
- Any message you send us via the contact or consultation forms
2. How we use it
To create and manage your account, grant access to enrolled courses, respond to your queries, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Who can see it
Your account and enrollment information is visible only to Dr. Kumawat's admin team, for the purpose of managing enrollments and support. A testimonial you submit is only shown publicly if you explicitly choose to publish it, and never includes a photo unless you separately opt in.
4. Data security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. However, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you share information at your own discretion.
5. Your choices
You can update your display name and avatar anytime from your Profile page. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us directly.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident before enrolling. Here's how refunds work:
1. Refund window
You may request a full refund within [7] days of your enrollment being approved, provided you have completed less than [20%] of the course content.
2. How to request one
Email us at drmindfit047@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your registered email and the course name. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within [7–10] business days of approval.
3. What isn't eligible
- Requests made after the refund window has passed
- Courses marked as completed
- Consultation booking requests (these aren't a paid transaction on the platform)
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Dr Mindfit courses are educational and supportive, designed to help you understand and manage what you're experiencing. They don't replace individual clinical diagnosis or treatment. If you'd like to speak with Dr. Kumawat directly, you can book a consultation.
After clicking "Enroll Now," you'll see UPI and bank transfer details. Once you've paid, upload a screenshot or send proof via WhatsApp, and our team will confirm your enrollment, usually within 24 hours.
Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to that course and can go through it at your own pace, revisiting any module whenever you like.
No, each enrollment is for individual use only. If a friend or family member wants to take a course, they're welcome to enroll on their own.
You'll see the reason on your Enrollment History page. Common causes are a mismatched amount or unclear payment proof — you're welcome to re-submit with corrected details.
